Centre for Statistics

The Centre for Statistics (Statistics@SLU) is a resource available to the entire university and a joint platform for statisticians working at SLU. The center in its current form was founded in 2011 to contribute to quality assurance of research at SLU through statistical support and consultancy The centre offers:

  • Free statistical consultancy to all SLU employees, regardless of faculty
  • Workshops and seminars to connect researchers with a common interest in a specific area of statistics
  • PhD courses in statistics
